Restore a purchase

Open Profile in Bunlo and tap Restore purchases. On iPhone or iPad, make sure the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase. On Android, make sure the device uses the Google account that made the purchase.

Manage or cancel your subscription

On iPhone and iPad, subscriptions are managed by Apple. On Android, they are managed by Google Play. In Bunlo, open Profile and tap Manage subscription. On iPhone or iPad, you can also open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, you can also open the Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Start over

Open Profile and tap Reset app data. This deletes your preferences, plans, pantry and grocery lists from the device. It does not cancel a subscription.

Change your store, budget or food settings

Open Profile. There you can change your store and your budget, add other stores for the shopping list and set your region, so prices fit where you live. You can also edit your diet, allergies and the foods you skip, and pick a food style such as Dump & Go. Dishes you chose never to plan again are under Never planned.

Prices and your receipt

Bunlo's costs are estimates for the amounts the recipes use, priced for your store and region. Stores sell whole packs, so your receipt may be higher. The shopping list tells you which pack to buy.

Open Profile and tap Send feedback to tell us what would make Bunlo better.

AI dinners and fridge scans

AI dinners and fridge scans use Anthropic's Claude through our backend, with OpenAI as a fallback. Always check recipes against your own allergies and dietary needs.
