Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of Bunlo, the weekly dinner planner for iPhone, iPad and Android. By using the app you agree to them. If you got Bunlo from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

The app

Bunlo plans dinners and builds a grocery list from the household, budget, store, allergies and preferences you give it. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Bunlo Pro and payments

Bunlo is free to download. Bunlo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store or Google Play. The price and billing period are shown before you buy, in your store's currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

If your plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies.

Allergies and food safety

Bunlo filters recipes, including AI recipes, for the allergies, diets and foods you set, but no filter is perfect. Always read ingredient labels, check that every dish suits the people you cook for, and cook food to safe internal temperatures. Bunlo does not give medical or nutrition advice.

AI recipes and fridge scans

AI dinners, Fridge Chef recipes and fridge scans are written by an AI model and can contain mistakes. Check them before you cook. Usage limits apply to AI features.

Grocery prices

Prices in Bunlo are estimates for the amounts your recipes use, based on average US prices and your store's price level. They are not checkout totals: stores sell whole packs and prices change.

Fair use

Don't misuse Bunlo: don't copy, resell or reverse engineer it, interfere with its servers, or send automated requests to its AI features.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what the app collects and why.

Disclaimer and liability

Bunlo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Bunlo Pro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Bunlo after a change, the new terms apply.
